When is the event?

o May 7-8, 2026 at AER Core Research Centre
o Delegate check-in will begin at 8:00am each day, and opening remarks will begin at 8:45am each day.

Ticketing & Registration

o To take advantage of reduced rates participants should register prior to May 1st.
o Onsite registration will be available both days.
o To register you will need a name, email, company information and opt-in information for sharing contact details with event delegates and event sponsors.
o Name changes and substitutions are allowed but must be requested by email at least 5 business days prior to the event (April 30, 2026). To request a transfer please email membership@cegageos.ca.
o Refunds are subject to the CEGA refund policy.
