Where is Core Conference?
The CEGA Core Conference is hosted at the AER Core Research Centre in Calgary. There is limited parking at this venue so we encourage delegates to use public transportation or plan to park offsite.

Where/What is the Core Meltdown?
The Core Meltdown is the Core Conference Networking event. This year the event will be hosted at The Canadian Brewhouse, University District. Click here for more information.

What information do I need to register?
Full name, title, company and email of each person you are registering for the event. You will also need to select if the individual you are registering consents to sharing contact details with other event delegates, and the event sponsors. During the registration process you will also be able to submit any applicable dietary restrictions for each registrant.

How many people can I register for this event?
You can register 50+ people for this event online. If you have any questions please contact Kristy Casebeer.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
If you are not able to attend this event you may email your cancellation request to receive either a full credit for your registration to your CEGA account or a refund less a 20% processing fee.
Credits must be used within six (6) months of the issue date.
Refunds will be issued to the original form payment.
Substitutions and transfers accepted. Please email membership@cegageos.ca a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the event to complete your substitution or transfer request.
After the deadline, no substitutions or transfers accepted.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to membership@csegageos.ca five (5) business days prior to the event.
Cancellation requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
If the event is cancelled by CEGA, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).
