If necessary, submit a revised abstract to be included in the digital abstract book.

Submit your oral presentation PowerPoint slides. Presentations will be downloaded by CEGA Staff for the event.
General Information:
Presentation Details: The formal oral presentation will be a maximum of 20 minutes followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers. We ask that each presenter use the CEGA Core Conference PPT template.
Each presenter is required to submit core and core intervals they wish to present. These core intervals will be laid out (and shipped, if necessary) at the AER Core Research Center in each presenter’s designated core display area. If you haven’t already identified the UWI, intervals, and location of stored core please do so at your earliest convenience. A finalized core list is needed by March 18, 2026. Two core tables will be available to each presenter to display core – this will be enough room for 40 boxes of 4” diameter core, 52 boxes of 3” diameter core or 62 boxes of 2” diameter core.
Core displays will have enough wall divider space for multiple large posters to aid presenters in their informal core walkthroughs. Each presenter will have access to four 3.5 ft high by 7 ft wide poster boards. Presenters do not need to fill all available space. CLICK HERE to download the Core Conference poster template.
